The team originally let the 25-year-old Clark walk away from his restricted free agency earlier last week. Myers and the team had to commit every ounce of salary cap on the potential Durant deal.
Clark played in 66 games last season, starting one. he averaged 3.6 points in 8.8 minutes per game and shot a blistering 44.1 percent from the three-point line.
His biggest moment of the season came in a first round loss to the Rockets, where he scored 11 points in 21 minutes and alongside Mo Speights nearly pulled off the upset in Houston.
Clark is expected to see an increased role next season. Leandro Barbosa left for the Suns and Myers told KNBR.com Thursday the team is very thin on guard depth.
