With Matt Duffy now a Tampa Bay Ray, he’ll have to leave a major part of his “family” behind. In an interview with MLB Network Radio, the infielder revealed his famous cat Skeeter won’t be making the move to Florida.

Skeeter has gained popularity as Duffy established himself as a fan favorite in San Francisco and has his own Instagram page with over 14,000 followers. Back in February at KNBR/Giants Fan Fest, Duffy and Mac Williamson talked about the cat’s weight loss progress with KNBR.
