Considering who was coaching the 49ers last season, Bob Fitzgerald is giving Kap a blank slate against the Buffalo Bills this Sunday in his first start of 2016. Chip Kelly is still in the process of implementing his new-age offense but Fitz expects Kelly’s offense to uncover a closer version of 2012-Kaepernick than what we saw from the Super Bowl-starting quarterback in 2015.
