Turns out, Pence himself was the one who stole the show during Halloween 2016.
Pence and his fiancée, Alexis Cozombolidis, dressed up as Napoleon Dynamite and his best friend Pedro. The 2004 comedy film was an instant cult classic — as is this Halloween costume.
