San Francisco – Sunday Giants manager Bruce Bochy gave us an update on starting outfielder Hunter Pence who appears to be progressing well with his injured hamstring. The Giants skipper said that Pence could begin rehab as early as “Wednesday or Thursday”.
This is good news for a Giants team that has struggled through the first part of the season going 21 – 30. The loss of their ace Madison Bumgarner and the recent loss of Hunter Pence haven’t helped, but the Giants hope to turn things around as their team begins to get healthy.
