The NBA MVP came down to Russell Westbrook, James Harden and Kawhi Leonard. All of which had outstanding regular seasons, but none of which made it to the NBA Finals.
We caught up with Gary Radnich in studio who brought up this point, wondering if votes for MVP should be cast after the NBA Finals are over, not following the end of the regular season.
