Jordan Bell throws down one-handed putback slam to punctuate Warriors’ win

For the past two games, Warriors’ rookie Jordan Bell was inactive.

If he keeps this up, it’s going to be very difficult for head coach Steve Kerr to keep the big man off the floor.

On Monday night in Los Angeles, Bell was at it again, throwing down a garbage time dunk that won’t catch nearly as much attention as his off-the-backboard slam against the Dallas Mavericks, but one that was just as athletically impressive.

With 5:30 left in the fourth quarter, Bell watched Warriors’ guard Patrick McCaw loft up a long three-point attempt and immediately, Bell had a beat on it. He rushed into the lane and after the ball clanked off the back iron, Bell soared in the air, corralled the ball with one hand and threw down a vicious slam to punctuate another Golden State victory.

Bell has already stated he wants to take part in this year’s dunk contest. After his first two weeks in the league, who wouldn’t want to see that?
