Your favorite ex-Warrior-drivetime-radio-host is back with another one of his famous beer reviews.
Geartooth Alewerks is a family-run business out of San Jose. Started by Jay and Kit Gantz, the two pull on their German Heritage to brew beers they say are a “respite from the sterile technology of today.” Today Tom reviewed the brewery’s Cogzilla India Pale Ale. From the website:
“Similar to our Conveyor IPA, but on steroids! Even though this is a big beer, the malt stays in the background so that the monstrous additions of Citra and Mosaic hops shine through.”
