By this point, you’ve probably seen the alley-oop that sent the NBA world into a frenzy.
In Sunday’s All-Star Game, Stephen Curry bounced an alley-oop off the floor to Giannis Antetokounmpo, who hung in the air long enough to gather the ball and flush it through the hoop.

Four days later, the NBA world hasn’t stopped talking about the dunk. That includes Antetokounmpo, who joked that he had to make due with a bad pass from Curry.
“I didn’t realize how high I jumped,” Antetokounmpo said in a sitdown interview with TNT Thursday. “It was a crazy play. It was a bad pass by Steph, but I made a good play.”
Antetokounmpo probably expected more out of Curry, his first-round pick in the second annual All-Star draft. Team Giannis went on to lose the game, but Curry’s and Antetokounmpo’s circus alley-oop will be the play we remember for years to come.
