Steve Kerr on the Draymond offensive foul that led to T last night: “Beverley’s good at that. His head literally snaps back. I worry he’s going to get whiplash on some of these flops. And the refs, often times they’re partial to the little guys.” pic.twitter.com/eQ4XerVMbz

Patrick Beverley was at it again on Wednesday. The Clippers’ agitator had an excellent all-around performance in Game 5, and once again baited the Warriors, this time Draymond Green, into a technical foul.

Warriors head coach Steve Kerr was asked about the play in question during Thursday’s shoot around, and took the opportunity to poke fun at Beverley’s flopping.
“I thought (Draymond) was trying to get the crowd going, he picked up the foul on the next play and started clapping,” Kerr said. “He was trying to get the crowd into it. I didn’t think it was a good call. You know Beverley is going to flop in the paint and Draymond turned and it looked like (Mike) Tyson punched (Beverley) in the face. Beverley’s good at that. His head literally snaps back, I’m worried he’s going to get whiplash on some of these flops.
“But he’s good at it. And the refs are often times partial to the little guy who is down there. I didn’t like that particular call. I know Draymond didn’t, hence the technical, but there’s no question Draymond was trying to get the crowd going.”
