Stephen Curry has never won an NBA Finals MVP award, but oddsmakers are expecting that to change. According to the odds posted by Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Curry is the favorite to win the award over Raptors star Kawhi Leonard.
Curry is listed at -150 (Bet $150 to win $100) meaning Vegas believes there is a better than 50 percent chance that Curry takes home the trophy. Leonard, who won the award with the Spurs at 22 years old, is listed at +200 (Bet $100 to win $200). Draymond Green and Klay Thompson are tied for third at +900 while Kevin Durant, who is expected to miss at least Game 1, is listed at +1800. Durant has won the NBA Finals MVP award the previous two seasons.

Andre Iguodala won the award for the Warriors in 2014-15, the team’s only Finals victory without Kevin Durant during the Steve Kerr era.
