Warriors general manager Bob Myers revealed after Game 5 that the Warriors believe Kevin Durant sustained an Achilles injury in the second quarter of Golden State’s win over Toronto. Myers said he didn’t know the extent of it, but the team is reportedly fearing the worst according to Ramona Shelburne and Adrian Wojnarowski.

An Achilles tear would likely sideline Durant for at least 12 months, and would likely have some sort of effect in his decision to exercise his one-year player option with the Warriors next season.
As of Tuesday morning, Durant is reportedly on his way to New York for an evaluation and an MRI. We expect to have an official diagnosis Tuesday afternoon.
