At 31 years old and two years removed from an Achilles tear, Richard Sherman is once again playing like the best cornerback in football.
After a spectacular return to form this season, Sherman was stellar in the 49ers’ playoff win over the Vikings on Saturday, intercepting the first pass thrown his way since Week 16 early in the third quarter. Sherman was not tested again.
Speaking of tests, according to Sherman, he was issued two random drug tests by the NFL, one for Human Growth Hormone and one for performance enhancing drugs, after Saturday’s game. Sherman didn’t seem to buy it.
Hahahaha ball out and get the double dip…. PED and HGH tests…. hahaha gotta love it …

This isn’t the first time a player has called into question the “random” nature of the NFL’s random drug tests. Former 49ers safety Eric Reid, who was one of the only players in the league to kneel during national anthem last season, was drug tested six times in the course of 11 weeks. The probability of that happening is 0.1 percent.
On the other hand, 49ers receiver Dante Pettis was also issued a drug test after the game, despite not playing a single snap.
bro i made a one handed catch in warm ups and now im getting tested ? https://t.co/5hsFMDTwoL
