A few notes: Linebacker Tyrell Adams appeared in two games for the 49ers earlier this season, and is being called up with Fred Warner doubtful (hamstring), Dre Greenlaw out(groin) and Marcell Harris out (concussion). Before this season, Adams played in 37 career regular-season games with the Texans and Raiders.
