The conversation may be swirling about how secure Jimmy Garoppolo’s place as the 49ers’ starting quarterback is, but there’s no question he has large support in the Bay Area and beyond. That was proven by the latest NFL jersey sales numbers that showed both Garoppolo and tight end George Kittle were in the top 10 for 2019.
Nick Bosa could be on this list by next year, finishing 16th overall and finishing number one among all rookies.

This is Garoppolo’s second season in the top 10. He finished seventh in jersey sales in 2018, a much anticipated season that he missed almost completely with an ACL tear.
