Charles Barkley, of all people, came to Draymond Green’s defense Tuesday morning after the Warriors star was recently arrested on assault charges. On The Dan LeBatard Show, Charles Barkley stood up for Green and partially blamed the media for causing incidents like this on to occur.

This is the second time Barkley has backed up Green’s actions, the first coming after his suspension for Game 5 of the NBA Finals, but it’s still surprising considering Barkley has become known for his anti-Warriors comments. The former NBA All-Star has been very outspoken in his lack of faith in the Warriors’ revolutionary brand of basketball, as well as not giving Steph Curry the praise most Warriors fans thinks he deserves.
