Something happened in the fourth inning of the Giants’ home opener that we can’t say we’ve seen before, and may never see again.
With the bases loaded and one out in the bottom of the fourth, Matt Moore hit a dribbler down the first base line. Two Diamondbacks errors later, the Giants had three runs on the board. We won’t even try and explain this one.

Moore was credited with one RBI, while Arizona pitcher Taijuan Walker and Jeff Mathis were each charged with an error.
