Andre Iguodala has been ruled out for Thursday’s Game 1 of the NBA Finals with a lingering bone bruise in his left leg, the team announced Wednesday morning. Iguodala, who missed the last four games of the Western Conference Finals, will be re-evaluated again prior to Game 2.

According to a team press release, Iguodala is “making progress,” but the pain and inflammation of the nerve surrounding his left knee continues to persist.

Iguodala injured the leg during a collision with James Harden during the fourth quarter of Game 3.

Through three games in the previous series, Iguodala averaged 8.7 points, 4.3 rebounds, 1.7 assists in just over 27 minutes per game. The Warriors were +5 with Iguodala on the floor.
