TORONTO – It was a rough night across the border for the Golden State Warriors on Thursday. Not only did the reigning champs lose the series opener to the Toronto Raptors, but their 2015 Finals MVP Andre Iguodala came up limp after a play in the final minutes of the game, holding his left hamstring and grimacing.
The Golden State Warriors are back in the NBA Finals, but for the first time in their recent run of success they don’t have to worry about the likes of LeBron James on the opposite side of the court.
After punching their ticket to the first NBA Finals in franchise history, it appears that Toronto Raptors fans are going to do anything they can to get an edge on the two-time defending champion Golden State Warriors.
