Andre Iguodala has never been shy abut hammering home vicious slam dunks over the course of his illustrious career. His athleticism has been one of his calling cards for success. But at 33-years old, Iguodala has become more known for his basketball I.Q. than his high-flying prowess. That is, until the middle of the second quarter of Game 5 of the 2017 NBA Finals.

Warriors play-by-play announcer Bob Fitzgerald argued on Murph and Mac Monday morning that the Warriors would’ve lost even if the game was called properly, citing the fact that the Cavs putting on one of the greatest shooting performances in NBA history.

The Undefeated’s Marc Spears joined Ted Ramey on 1050 Monday and said he thinks Draymond Green could be due for a breakout performance. Green had a double-double on Friday, but is shooting under 40 percent in the Finals.

Brian Scalabrine joined KNBR’s The Audible Monday saying that the Warriors are an “unstoppable” team.

A pair of floor seats for Monday night’s Game 5 between the Cavaliers and Warriors sold for a reported record price. If the Warriors win, it’ll be the first Bay Area title in the four major sports won at home since 1974.

Former NBA referee Tim Donaghy joined KNBR 1050’s The Audible Tuesday morning, where he expressed thoughts that the league is vying for a Game 6 because of the massive revenue it would bring.

The LeBron-loving Nick Wright from Fox Sports joined The Audible on 1050 this morning to discuss the ways in which the Cavaliers can steal Game 5 in Oakland on Monday night. Spoiler alert: He thinks Cleveland will win.

With that being said, the Warriors have ridden Iguodala in the starting lineup to win a championship before. It gives them entirely more defensive flexibility, especially on LeBron. And if Durant can focus on Kevin Love defensively instead, it could open him up to light the court on fire right from the get-go.

One Cavalier in particular has been unafraid to speak his mind. Without hesitation, Richard Jefferson directly said all of the pressure to win Game 5 is on the Warriors come Monday.

Curry has not exactly been a hero in previous closeout games against the Cavaliers. Including Game 6 from 2015 and Games 5, 6 and 7 last June, Curry’s averages are much lower than his customary numbers — 24.5 points per game, 30 for 79 from the field (37.9 percent) and a squeamish 18 for 53 from downtown (33.9 percent).
