Giants want new voice with new pitching coach, but the roster is the franchise’s bigger problem
On Saturday, the Giants formally announced Righetti won’t be back in the dugout next season. They’d be best served to ensure the roster, much like the coaching staff, looks different, too.

The Major League team finished at 64-98, but the team’s AAA affiliate, the Sacramento River Cats, also finished in last place in the Pacific Coast League.
