Denard Span

Bruce Bochy joined Jon Miller before Tuesday’s game disclosing when to expect Brandon Crawford and Denard Span to return to the team. Crawford started his rehab assignment yesterday, while Span is slated to start today.

With Chicago right-hander Kyle Hendricks taking the hill in Game 2 of the NLDS, Giants manager Bruce Bochy is sticking to script, putting left-handed hitters Denard Span and Joe Panik back into the lineup.
