Three weeks after being taken into custody following a threatening Instagram post that led to the shutdown of a Southern California high school, former Miami Dolphins and San Francisco 49ers offensive lineman Jonathan Martin has been charged by the Los Angeles County District Attorney with four counts of making criminal threats and one count of possessing a loaded firearm, as reported by TMZ.
