It looks like the Raiders gave Jon Gruden a blank check in order get him to return as their head coach.

NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport was pretty explicit about the likelihood of Gruden to the Raiders when he joined Murph & Mac on Tuesday morning.

The news follows reports that surfaced on Saturday evening that Raiders owner Mark Davis is targeting John Gruden to return as the team’s head coach next season, and is prepared to offer him a lucrative deal that could include an ownership stake.
