Quinn Cook signed his first NBA contract with the Warriors last season, a two-year deal worth just over $1.5 million.

The Warriors have released the former Oregon forward and cleared a spot for a new two-way signee.

Quinn Cook described what signing his new NBA contract meant to him while speaking with reporters after the Warriors’ Tuesday morning shootaround in Salt Lake City.

The Warriors will sign Quinn Cook to a multi-year pro contract by Tuesday, according to Shams Charania of Yahoo Sports.

The Warriors are trimming their roster ahead of the NBA Playoffs.
