Having lost seven straight games, the San Francisco 49ers are now only two straight losses away from breaking the franchise record for consecutive losses in a season. While Murph & Mac search for the words to describe the latest 49ers’ drubbing at the hands of the New Orleans Saints, they can agree on one thing: the team is losing its legendary fan base.

Once again Chip Kelly’s defense is struggling, but the 2016 Niners are on pace to do something we’ve never before seen in NFL history.

For the seventh week in a row, the San Francisco 49ers allowed an opposing rusher to eclipse the 100 yard mark. Sunday, it was Mark Ingram who passed the century mark, totaling 158 yards on only 15 attempts.
