Scot McCloughan is considered by many to be one of the best talent evaluators of the past few decades, and has had his hand in drafting multiple All-Pros including Patrick Willis, Russell Wilson, Kam Chancellor, and Richard Sherman.

Redskins general manager Scot McCloughan’s problems with alcohol abuse helped cost him his job as the San Francisco 49ers’ GM in 2010, after being a member of the organization’s front office for five years. Personal issues also led to his resignation from the Seahawks front office three years later.
