Kaepernick has always prided himself as a fashion icon, styling himself with the latest clothing and his famous tattoos. But this is quite the change up.
This hairstyle has been brewing for quite some time. Here’s a photograph 11 weeks ago of Kaepernick.
Kaepernick is set to engage in a quarterback competition with Blaine Gabbert this summer. Kaepernick is coming off surgeries on his knee, thumb and left shoulder. In nine games last season, the quarterback threw six touchdowns, five interceptions and 1,615 yards.
The 49ers have yet to release their training camp schedule.
